💡  𝐌𝐘 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐈𝐒𝐄

For the past 15 years, I have designed and developed learning experiences that have helped learners grow and achieve.  As an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, I have created, designed, and developed eLearning courses, learning aids, instructor-led trainings, infographics and videos.

Creating authentic and integrated learning experiences using a holistic design approach has allowed me to build successful curriculum design and eLearning solutions for a wide spectrum of learners. 

Assessing learner needs and identifying the learning goals with the collaboration of subject matter experts ensures a solid and qualified curriculum plan.  I then design scripts and storyboards followed by the creation of compelling online learning experiences (i.e., courses, videos, trainings, etc.)  that promote integration, reflection, and analysis. 

✏️  A BIT OF BACKSTORY

Learning and teaching has been part of my character my entire life.  I love creating learning experiences and teaching so that others find motivation, reach goals, and succeed.  As a business owner and through my previous experience in the education sector, I built upon this passion and was able to transfer and apply principles of education to adult learners and clients.  Now, as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer, my aim is to continue to provide learning solutions that are effective, efficient, and engaging so that learners and stakeholders alike can achieve measurable goals.
